    Job Title: Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

    This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team while also assisting with marketing efforts to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and submit listing forms and promotional materials in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotions across various channels.
    • Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of master price lists and catalogues.
    • Prepare weekly sales reports.
    • Work closely with the sales operations team to ensure healthy inventory levels.
    • Support office administrative duties in sales.

    Marketing Support Responsibilities:
    • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget efficiently, including preparation of A&P Claims.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral for trade promotions.
    • Ensure timely execution of point-of-sale marketing materials, displays, and in-store promotions.
    • Help analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
