Description

The Assistant Manager shall be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities development projects assigned to him/her, including but not limited to:

Feasibility study, conceptual design, planning, project budgeting, project scheduling and project proposal preparation;
Project implementation including project planning, design development, procurement and evaluation, documentation, management of construction contracts until completion for infrastructure facilities projects.
Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years' relevant experience in infrastructure projects and demonstrated competency
Healthcare facilities design standards (preferred but not mandatory)
Regulatory requirements of Building Authorities such as BCA, FSSD, LTA, Npark etc
Experience in leading project teams, good communications skills
Management and documentation of Construction Contracts
Project management process and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and work under pressure if needed
Good planning and organization skills
Strong teamwork
