Assistant Manager, Facilities Development - Singapore - SingHealth Polyclinics
Description
The Assistant Manager shall be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities development projects assigned to him/her, including but not limited to:- Feasibility study, conceptual design, planning, project budgeting, project scheduling and project proposal preparation;
- Project implementation including project planning, design development, procurement and evaluation, documentation, management of construction contracts until completion for infrastructure facilities projects.
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years' relevant experience in infrastructure projects and demonstrated competency
- Healthcare facilities design standards (preferred but not mandatory)
- Regulatory requirements of Building Authorities such as BCA, FSSD, LTA, Npark etc
- Experience in leading project teams, good communications skills
- Management and documentation of Construction Contracts
- Project management process and documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and work under pressure if needed
- Good planning and organization skills
- Strong teamwork
