- Deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, based on our methodology.
- Develop lesson plans and materials (where necessary).
- Provide feedback to help students achieve visible improvement in their academic results.
- Engage students and help them realize their potential.
- Minimum commitment of 1 year.
- Be comfortable with hybrid delivery arrangements (handling both onsite and online students simultaneously).
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient with the O-level Science syllabus (depending on the positions you have selected).
- Prior teaching experience of a minimum of 2 years and above.
- Passion in education – committed to nurturing the students and making an effort to continually improve yourself.
- Dynamic and confident, with an approachable disposition.
- Strong communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate in working with teenagers, positive and caring with strong work ethics.
