Description
Perform timely periodic closing of accounts and prepare financial statements, management reporting and financial analysis

  • Lead finance team in maintaining full set of accounts, and managing finance processes to support business units in daily operations
  • Maintain timely financial records and monthly audit schedules
  • Ensure accounts and finance processes are in compliance with accounting standards and policies, regulations, and internal controls
  • Review and submit monthly GST submissions, and annual income tax returns
  • Work closely with group finance on the coordination of annual statutory audit and group reporting and budgeting
  • Oversee the daily activities of the finance team by providing support, mentoring and development
  • Liaise closely with auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audit
  • Provide data requested by government agencies as and when required
  • Review and identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and internal controls

Key Requirements:


  • Degree in Accounting/ACCA/Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum 610 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive and handson team player and with an eye for details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage different stakeholders

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
$6, $9,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Education:


  • Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 6 years (preferred)
