As part of the Member Services Team, the main duties of Kids Relation Officer is to be stationed in the Kidz Block, catering to mainly children's activities & events.


Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Passionate in facilitating and engaging children and parents.
  • To plan and execute fun activities and events such as camps, monthly, daily activities and workshop.
  • Responsible for covering shifts and support the operations.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and side duties assigned by the Member Services Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 'N' Level
  • Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Able to work on shift hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and Microsoft skills.
  • Good team player.
