Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Maintain close relationships with clients and expand existing business
Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries
Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
Prepare costing and contract quote
Prepare sales report
Attend to customers enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
Coordinate with colleagues to optimise sales effort
Follow up & assist to chase for payment

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Knowledge in airconditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) is preferred
Possess a valid class 3 driving licence
Possess own car will be an added advantage
Able to communicate in Chinese as some clients are Chinese speaking
