    JR48968 Intern - ADTS Process & Equipment Dry Etch Location: Woodlands (North Coast Drive), Singapore Department: ADTS Process and Equipment Engineering Title: Dry Etch Chamber Matching and Process Control Description: The Chamber Matching project aimstoprovidestudents with training and practical experiences in investigating, designing as well as developing robust and efficient process and hardware vectors to drive tool to tool matching.

    This paves the way for a full time opportunity to design experiments, perform data analysis and propose solutions as well as deep dive process and equipment parameters to understand etching process response for tuning knob development/tool matching.

    Scope: In this project, the student will learn:⎻Manufacturing practicesandapplicationofstatistical process control⎻Process design and design of experiments to setup process parameters for semiconductor equipment⎻Hands-on experience on process and equipment issue investigations Deliverable : To enhance, design, implement, and test high quality process control strategies and investigation methodologies to enable high efficiency in tool to tool matching Impact: You will innovate to solve challenges and contribute to the success of our storage solutions Duration: Full Semester internship (Aug - Dec 2024)
