Key Responsibilities
•Application software (Including third party products) installations and upgrades
•OS and Other Software patching
•To help in new server setups and configurations
•To work with development team to understand the application requirements from software and infrastructure and suggest the suitable designs/procedures
•To work with development team to troubleshoot on any performance related issues and find solutions
•To be able to work with other infrastructure teams like OS administrators, DBA, Networks team, Security teams to identify/complete the tasks as per the schedules.
•To be able to perform application DR testing – automation of DR scripts is mandatory
•To be able to work with team member, guiding junior staff and take responsibility for deliverablesKey Requirements
•Prior experience in Linux / Windows server OS/ Migrations.
•In depth experience in Middleware such as OHS/ WebLogic/ OBIEE including SSL setup/renewals.
•Good knowledge on server hardware in VM and Physical server environments
•Proficient with Batch & Power Shell scripting
•Hands-on experience in the ORACLE Database maintenance (Table space / Users / Roles).
•To be a quick learner - Gain working level knowledge in any new tools and technology as needed in Finance department
