    About Information Technology Division

    The IT division works in close partnership with EDB's business divisions to build digital products that leverage technology to improve EDB's operational efficiency, create exceptional customer experience and deliver enhanced business value for EDB.

    [What you will be working on]

    We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Project cum L1 Service Manager to join our team. As a Project cum L1 Service Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and providing support for digital products.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate and provide guidance to the Level 1 engineering team such as monitoring incoming service requests, ensuring timely assignment and resolution in accordance to service level agreements (SLAs), responding to user queries and prioritisation and escalation of incidents according to established procedures
    • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to analyse, design and implement fixes / enhancement to existing digital products
    • Establish standards and procedures for reporting
    • Create and maintain relevant knowledge / records in the system, processes and queries related to digital products
    • Identify opportunities for streamlining service delivery processes and enhancing efficiency
    • Plan and facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users on digital products
    • Work with the rest of the team to prepare on digital product changes and scheduled service disruption
    • Support procurement activities such as preparation of procurement documents and invoicing
    • Partner with Information Security team to conduct risk assessment and mitigation to ensure compliance with government and EDB policies on risk management, implementation management and change management.

    [What we are looking for]

    To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or at least 2-3 years of experience in running Application Support, Project Management or Business Analyst in an IT-related capacity/field.
    • Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM or other CRM products will be advantageous
    • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with demonstrated customer service mind-set and ability to engage multiple stakeholders
    • A team player
    • Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Demonstrated proactivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using tool like MS Office, JIRA, Pivotal Tracker
