    Roles & Responsibilities

    Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

    Location: Ubi / Macpherson

    Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)

    Salary range: $2,000 - $3,300 (depend on experience)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing Shipment Schedules
    • Liaise with Factory and Logistic Companies for Inbound and Outbound Deliveries.
    • Process and Generate Shipping Invoices and DO
    • Verify merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
    • Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
    • Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
    • Maintain, Track and log information in the system.
    • Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or at least 3 years of working experience in the related Customer Service or freight forwarding industry is preferred
