The Role

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • To assist in the daily running of the clinic.
  • Attending to patients and clients queries and calls.
  • Ensure clinic operations are executed smoothly.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned.
  • Arrange for prescribed laboratory tests, specified referrals and diagnostic procedures.
  • Collect, verify, record, and maintain data on clinical activities.
  • Obtain and verify patient billing information.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of clinic facilities and equipment.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:

  • Minimally N Level qualification.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Meticulousness in generating and submitting reports.
  • Certified Phlebotomist an advantage.
  • Healthcare or Clinical experience an advantage.
  • Certified Swabber an advantage.
  • Basic Microsoft Skills.
  • Knowledge in digital healthcare system will be advantageous.
