Description
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
- To assist in the daily running of the clinic.
- Attending to patients and clients queries and calls.
- Ensure clinic operations are executed smoothly.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
- Arrange for prescribed laboratory tests, specified referrals and diagnostic procedures.
- Collect, verify, record, and maintain data on clinical activities.
- Obtain and verify patient billing information.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of clinic facilities and equipment.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- Minimally N Level qualification.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Meticulousness in generating and submitting reports.
- Certified Phlebotomist an advantage.
- Healthcare or Clinical experience an advantage.
- Certified Swabber an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Skills.
- Knowledge in digital healthcare system will be advantageous.
