    Job Responsibilities

    Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including sales, revenue & profit targets.

    • Develop a comprehensive business roadmap to achieve these targets, which includes defining the go-to-market strategy, resources/skill alignment, business partnerships and investment.
    • Be an advocate for StarHub Next Gen Omnichannel Services, coordinating with marketing on lead generation, and driving adoption of new technologies (including analytics and generative AI) in the solution stack.
    • Identify and foster new leads in Next Gen CX, CCaaS, CPaaS and Workspace services through right-level client engagement, from mid management to C-Suites, procurement and finance.
    • Leverage on StarHub's extensive portfolio of product offerings, from Voice & Collaboration to Enterprise Mobility, and partnerships, from Cisco WebEx to Amazon Web Services, to build integrated NextGen CX service proposals with unique value differentiation.
    • Develop effective business proposals that translates the benefits of CX, CCaaS, CPaaS and Workspace services into quantifiable business outcomes, including average handling time, staff productivity, NPS scores, and others.
    • Build and consolidate a database of sales collateral, including sales cheat sheet, product offerings, competitive landscape, benchmark market price and client references.
    • Assess and qualify leads, shape, and progress opportunities to closure.
    • Lead the cross-collaboration of sales, product/technical and delivery team on continuous adoption of digital enablers and increase overall profitability.
    • Oversee and potentially lead sales specialist and technical sales consultants in CX and Workspace.
    • Implement regular sales management system, including business performance, pipeline and forecast.
    • Provide coaching and guidance, identify area for skill augmentation as needed.
    Requirements


    • Degree in engineering or related field with at least 15 years of related experience, preferably in IT Service Provider industry.
    • Proven sales track record, with experience in leading and closing of large complex managed services deals.
    • Knowledge of Next Gen CX, CCaaS and Workspace services.
    • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skill with experience engaging C-Suite members.
    • Resilient individual who is able to adapt in a dynamic environment
    • Candidate with regional sales experience preferred
