- Explain the functions and qualities of our products to customers
- Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
- Taking passport photos for customers
- Assist in troubleshooting product issues with customers (if any)
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the retail store to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion
