- Manage and oversee SPX customer experience function which includes Customer Service, Return-Refund, CX QA, and CX Excellence
- Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
