- Assist in the execution of client-centric strategies to attain a high level of client retention & acquisition rate.
- Coordination of Client Engagement Activations or Initiatives
- To maintain a systematic tracking of Client Engagement Actions
- To support in the delivery of Client Experiences/Recognition Actions/Initiatives
- To assist with the management of Brand Experiences (if any); and liaise with store teams in executing in-store OTO appointments
- To provide extraordinary service by coordinating the fulfilment of specific requests of these clients

- Work closely with Merchandising & VM, Retail & Training team in executing key client initiatives/projects
- All other administrative and coordination support to the Local Client Engagement team (e.g. Finance expense actualization, logistics coordination & handling, event set up & teardown, etc)
