Responsibilities
- assist in various aspects of corporate finance transactions, including due diligence
- Assist in provision of corporate advisory and related services to client
- Assist in drafting transaction documents
Requirement
- Corporate finance / investment banking experience in IPOs and M & As
- Relevant professional experience (such as audit) in assisting such corporate finance transactions will be considered
- Fresh graduates may also be considered
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
