Description

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Japanese restaurant and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Restaurant Manager.

Achieve restaurant financial goals by forecasting needs, assessing operational processes, creating budgets, managing expenditures, controlling costs, & taking corrective actions as needed.
Drive promotional & marketing campaigns to meet sales targets & enhance profitability.
Train, supervise, coach, & schedule staff while ensuring smooth operations.
Uphold company standards for guest service to enhance customer satisfaction & foster brand loyalty.
Maintain a professional restaurant image, enforcing grooming & hygiene standards among staff.
Monitor inventory levels & coordinate supply orders.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of F&B operations, menus, cooking techniques, & service standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives, & ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, & safety regulations.
Manage the restaurant according to established company standards, policies, & procedures.
Implement effective controls & cash handling & restaurant security.
Fulfill any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in Japanese cuisine or a similar fastpaced environment.
Proven track record of achieving financial targets & managing budgets effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire & motivate a team.
Comprehensive understanding of Japanese cuisine, including ramen preparation & service.
Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards & regulations.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic & evolving work environment.
