- Recommend products and provide technical support, coordinating efforts with area sales.
- Partner closely with area sales management to fulfill pre-sales support needs and develop solutions for project bids, addressing end-customers' requirements through the APAC sales distributor network.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to boost sales, expand customer base, and enhance efficiency, ultimately elevating customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Drive, coordinate and communicate application and product concerns to relevant departments at HQ and relevant external parties.
- Serve as front-line technical support resource for measurement applications to the APAC sales network.
- Train, mentor, and advise distributor teams and customers across the APAC region on the use of our tools and technical integration solutions.
- Work closely with our global Sales and R&D teams on new product development and launches.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of documented experience in field application service within Asia.
- Expertise in rotating equipment, particularly in the alignment field, is highly prized.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Possess excellent customer management skills, demonstrating a keen understanding of clients' needs and presenting effective solutions.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is essential, while proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel for scheduled business trips is required to excel in this role.
