- Coordinate with departments / divisions regarding staff training needs
- Help organize, develop and source training programs to meet specific training needs
- Help develop training aids such as facilitator guide and handbooks, and PowerPoint
- Maintain staff training records and prepare training report
- Handle all logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
- Arrange and develop training programs for interns
- Be an ambassador to all training standards and policies
- Prepare feedback tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training
- Develop creative and informative communication systems, i.e., training posters, etc.
- Identify and coordinate outside training sources which address departmental training needs.
- Ensure successful completion of the training/certification process
- Execute and continuous enhancement of staff recognition program
- Prepare a monthly training calendar for approval
- Undertaking any other adhoc projects / tasks as assigned
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Training and Development or Adult Learning
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in training delivery and curriculum development
- Possesses ACTA or ACLP would be an added advantage
- Meticulous , proactive, resourceful, empathetic and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Possesses good communication and presentation skill
