    The Role.

    As part of the executive leadership team, and as Senior Finance Director you will spearhead the way in driving financial and business excellence across the SEAT region as well as driving growth initiatives. You will manage a diverse portfolio spanning 7 markets and 3 factories, playing a pivotal role in achieving our key business objectives of Sales, Profit, Cashflow, Innovation, and Market Share.

    This role partners closely with the General Manager and together you will develop and implement strategic plans, annual plans, forecast updates, and rolling forecasts. Your expertise will guide resource allocation resolutions and strategic investment initiatives to maximize our performance.

    Whilst collaborating with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you'll shape and execute growth strategies, ensuring capital efficiency and margin leverage through robust margin growth and operating cash flow management. Your leadership will foster cross-functional collaboration and talent development within the SEAT 'One' Finance team, spanning the local markets and sites, including our Kuala Lumpur Hub.

  • Aspirations to advance their career to a global scale.
  • Qualifications as a Certified Accountant or MBA graduate
  • Proven track record in long-term strategy development and short-term performance management across commercial and supply chain functions
  • Strategic mindset with strong direction and influencing skills.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Extensive years of successful experience in end-to-end P&L management within FMCG or consumer health industries (must have)
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships in a matrix organization.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, compliance, and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience and or strong knowledge of financial Supply Chain Management
