Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various stakeholders, gather and define requirements, and translate them into detailed design specifications.

Working closely with the Product Owner, Software Specialist, and Business teams, you will support new product launches and enhancements, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, verify, and document functional and technical requirements using established requirements management methodologies and tools.
Design Specifications: Translate gathered requirements into clear and comprehensive design specifications, ensuring a complete understanding of the requirements among all stakeholders.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee UAT activities to ensure that requirements are met, and product quality is maintained, actively resolving any issues that arise during testing.
Review and Feedback: Review all user stories and requirement documents, gather feedback, and promptly address any issues related to the requirements.
Systems Scope and Objectives: Assist in defining and drafting systems scope and objectives, combining research, factfinding, and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Vendor Supervision: Supervise vendors during the design, coding, and testing phases, ensuring adherence to user and technical requirements and obtaining approval from the Release Control Group.
Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with the relevant regulatory body to respond to regulatory requests, act as a single point of contact, and collate necessary information for regulatory enquiries.
Regulatory Requirements Adherence: Provide expertise and oversight to the internal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify potential regulatory approval risks, and support audit activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Science / Related IT Discipline.
You will need at least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field and 3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in Singapore.
You should have knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Java, SQL and Linux. Experience of working in agile development environment is advantageous
You should be detail oriented, wellorganized, selfmotivated, attentive to details, demonstrate strong problem solving skills, and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
You will need the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across organization levels, have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills in order to collaboratively work with diverse teams.
You will need to demonstrate strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery.
