Responsibilities

Lead and manage E3D admin team. Develop, update and maintain databases, catalogue, specifications and customization for assigned projects.
Consultant to Structural, Piping and EICT, coordinate with engineering subcontractors and vendors to resolve database and library issues.
Develop 3D modelling workflow, procedures and updates as per project requirement. Propose improvements to working method in the 3D modelling.
Assist Project Lead, Piping engineer via generation of reports to ensure quality of design.
Ensure requirements are followed such that the 3D model is consistent, easy to navigate and clashfree.
Prepare and participate in design reviews with Client and Engineering subcontractors at various stages of project.
Provides Technical Support to endusers.
Perform projectspecific customization of system and writing macros as per project needs and for further checking the quality of E3D outputs.
Work closely with super users in project for smooth execution of 3D modelling.
Plan and conduct training for the discipline designers for their continuous development.
Manage project licenses of E3D software.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline, with professional certification in Aveva E3D/PDMS.
Above 15 years of relevant experience in Aveva E3D environment in Oil & Gas/ Offshore industry.
Proficiency with Cats/Spec and with material takeoff, strong knowledge of standard drafting techniques applicable to Offshore industry.
Conversant with design and 3D modeling tools including AVEVA E3D, MDS, PML and AutoCAD.
Extensive work experience in interdisciplinary collaboration in a team lead position.
Strong organisation, management and communication skills.
Able to work in different environments including corporate office, shipyard, module fabrication yard, integration yard, etc.
Able to commence work at short notice.
