Description

A Consultant within the Professional Services Department plays a key role in the implementation of the Tessaract software for clients that have been successfully closed by the Sales Team. He/she assists the Manager with onboarding clients by executing the key tasks required to ensure that our software is best configured to suit the business processes of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Executing key tasks required to configure our software to suit the business needs of clients.
• Oversee the data migration process to ensure clients' data are accurately transposed to our software.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Customer engagement which includes managing project expectations and resolution of key issues.
• Assist scoping with Sales and pre-Sales teams
• Coach, mentor junior team members.
• Create and maintain PS artifacts and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or Engineering School.
• 1-2 years experience in Enterprise Solution Implementation.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of business requirements and how to apply technology to a business problem.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
• Following through deadlines and responsibilities
• Possess a keen eye for detail
• Possess excellent presentation skills
• System Integrator experience with big 4 consulting firms a plus
