Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with corporate secretaries, bankers, lawyers, internal/external auditors, tax agents, and related government bodies, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and circulars.
- Assist in the preparation of ARC/board papers.
- Assist in the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of the Group's halfyear/ fullyear SGX financial results.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing of Singaporeincorporated single entities.
- Review tax computations and manage the tax filing process of Singaporeincorporated single entities.
- Submit quarterly GST reporting of Singaporeincorporated single entities.
- Participate in the adhoc assignment as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy / Professional qualification in accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact confidently with highlevel management/board of directors.
- Ability to work under stress and in a fastpaced environment.
