Responsibilities:
Handle AR & AP operation tasksPrepare weekly cashflow forecastStaff claims validationBank reconciliation and cash flow managementRegional treasury supportCheck and prepare payments for all suppliers and staff claimsPerform bank reconciliationProcess corporate AP invoices and post to the systemGenerate AR Statement of AccountPrepare PV & TT payment for daily carrier invoicesRespond to CS queries and requestRequest for fund transfer when required, and generate GL journal & / or TT for the transferMatching for ICP billingPrepare weekly cashflow forecastSupport ERP system implementationSupport credit control initiativesOther regional support assignedAny other duties assigned by the manager


Requirements:
At least 4 years of relevant working experienceDegree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferredResponsible, analytical, organized and meticulousA team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsIndependent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate/Advanced) and other ERP SystemsGood verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)Experience in AR, AP and receiptingPossess good general IT knowledgeKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Oracle is advantageousDecision-making and problem solving skillsA passion for excellence
