JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify business or investment opportunities
Gather market intelligence
Be involved in divestiture, acquisitions, joint ventures or mergers
Conduct competitor's analysis/trends/benchmarking exercises
Evaluate capital (CAPEX) and operating expenditures (OPEX)
Perform Financial Modelling to assess profitability of investments
Report on assessments and findings
Prepare presentation materials on findings
Work closely with various Business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
Minimum 3 years of handson experience in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Divestments, Joint Venture (JV), Green Field Projects from corporate firms, consulting and advisory firms, banks, Private Equity firms
Knowledge and handson Financial Modelling and valuations including DCF experience
Fluent in Malay or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with Malay or Indonesianspeaking counterparts/clients
Strong Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint and Excel)
Highly analytical, focused, proactive, keen eye for details, has good interpersonal and communication skills
