JD:

  • Take lead of project team, responsible for setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products or initiatives across different domains are delivered.
  • You will need to closely with business stakeholders, channel and product teams and/or partners/merchants, be responsible for developing Business requirements by working closely with Business stakeholders.
  • Develop the user stories and be familiar with JIRA, JBEHAVE and related test automation tools.
  • Work closely with UX Design team to conceptualize and optimize customer journey
  • Review Functional Specifications Document
  • Work closely with Test Analysts, Automation Test Engineers and other partnering teams such as Business Analyst(s), Test Lead(s), etc. to manage ontime delivery of projects within agreed scope and approved budget
  • Collaborate with Business units, Operation Units, Technology partners in ensuring endtoend system and process delivery
  • Manage postimplementation tasks such as user training to touchpoints, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved and prompt followup to ensure closure of issues
  • You will also need to be familiar with the testing cycles in both manual and automated testing and strong in documentation of project materials such as test strategy, traceability matrix among others in the dynamic project cycles.

Salary:
Up to $6,000.00 per month
