Overview:


We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic professional to spearhead our sales initiatives in the APAC region within the Mining / Conveying Solutions realm tailored for the coal and minerals industry.

As the Head of Energy Cluster Solids (coal), you will play a pivotal role in propelling revenue growth, fostering strategic alliances, and overseeing a team of sales experts.

This position necessitates a robust sales management background and profound industry expertise in Mining / Conveying Solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company goals and revenue targets in Mining / Conveying Solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, empower, and motivate the regional sales team, offering direction, backing, and training to optimize individual and collective performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, major accounts, and business prospects to broaden market reach and drive revenue expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to shape sales strategies and identify fresh business prospects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients, grasp their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Sales Operations: Supervise sales operations, encompassing pipeline management, forecasting, and performance monitoring, to guarantee efficacy and success in achieving sales objectives.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, metrics, and performance goals for the sales team, overseeing performance consistently and taking remedial actions as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership, Application Engineering, or management capacity within the Mining / Conveying industry.
  • Demonstrated history of propelling sales growth and reaching revenue targets in a B2B setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building aptitudes, with the capacity to inspire and enable a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset enabling the development and execution of effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Results-oriented outlook with a focal point on providing outstanding customer value and fueling business triumph.
