_About this role:

_Responsibilities:
_
- Develop and conduct trainings and coaching sessions for Managers or Advisors as and when required
- Develop and conduct regular trainings and seminars (online / offline), which can include induction; trainings on products, soft skills, sales process, company systems etc
- Conduct briefings/trainings/communications to keep agency force updated with introductions of, or changes to, regulations/guidelines
- Create, update & maintain training curriculum & materials / seminar materials
- Any other related activity as directed by Head of Distribution
_Requirements:
_
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Qualifications like CFP/ChFC/AWP/AFP/AFC/ACTA/ACLP etc would be advantageous
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably with experience in life insurance sales/sales management/training
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of relevant FAA requirements and guidelines
