    About Our ClientOur client is a growing bank with an established operations and presence in Singapore.

    Job DescriptionFully responsible for the risk management of banks, integration of key decision points from the perspective of risk management, and realization of the growth of business and profits.

    Formulate a comprehensive risk management framework and determine risk appetite in accordance with the company's strategic plan.

    Develop and improve business risk management, control systems and related processes; establish risk assessment, monitoring, early warning, and prevention mechanisms.

    Design product risk management policies, risk assessment models and processes; conduct risk analysis and assessment of projects, and effectively manage key risk indicators.

    Responsible for coordinating product and business process design and innovation (such as big data, artificial intelligence) in risk management, and issuing of risk identification, risk assessment, risk management and other related plans.

    Responsible for building the risk management team and continuously improve the professional capabilities of the risk management team.
    Research, analyze industry-related regulations and policies, and update and improve the risk management system in a timely manner.

    As a member or chairman of various risk management committees, provide professional risk control advice and guidance to the CEO and business management team.

    The Successful ApplicantPossess at least 15 years of relevant work experience in small and medium-sized banks,Have at least 8 years of management or supervisory experience.

    Highly experienced in credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, and other bank risk management areas.
    CFA, FRM and other professional qualifications are preferred.
    Possess leadership quality, integrity, humility, and strong sense of responsibility.
    Strong active learning ability, like to challenge the status quo.
    Possess rigorous thinking ability and strong analytical ability in business operation and execution.
    Possess strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively establish contacts with the group internal and external stakeholders.

    Highly motivated, able to work well in an entrepreneurial environment, a strong desire to further career development in a fast-growing company is a must.
