What the role is

  • Project Title: Questionnaire design & creation of training resources
  • To design well-constructed and validated questionnaires to enhance survey response rate and data quality.
  • To produce engaging and informative presentation slides and instruction guides for survey interviewers training

What you will be working on

  • 1. Work with internal stakeholders to define content needs.
  • Conduct research on given topics, write and design contents engagingly
  • Distill complex concepts and language into content/ design that is easily understood
  • Review existing survey questionnaires and propose improvements in questionnaire design

What we are looking for

  • 1. Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects) or other design tools is a must
  • Experience in visual layout and design is preferred
  • Strong time management skills
  • Solution oriented, proactive and team player
