    Description

    Solutino Pte Ltd is a Management Consultancy Company with regional offices across Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Vietnam. Our HR team in Singapore HQ work with our regional HR Managers to draft and implement the HR policies and SOP. We act as the main point of contact between the Management and the regional offices' staffs.

    As the (Group) HR Manager for our Singapore (HQ) office, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Company and its group of entities with the responsibilities and tasked to oversee the daily administration of HR policies and ensure compliance and adherence to the SOP. Your ability to connect with our personnel across all levels and regions will be an asset for the Company hence your desire to communicate and drive performance must be strong. Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the regional local HR team (i.e.: Malaysia and Indonesia), you will gain insights into the HR spectrum where business objectives can be met through the right HR tools.

    Job Description:

    1. Manage the entire recruitment process from interviewing to new hire onboarding
    2. Ensure compliance to HR & Admin SOP and HR checklists
    3. Be the first line of approver for compensation and benefits payments to employees in the regional offices (Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia)
    4. Conduct quarterly job analysis with employees and send the report to HRD for review
    5. Propose training programs for employees in consultation with reporting manager
    6. Update and review HR & Admin SOP and HR checklists whenever changes are required
    7. Conduct quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reviews with Managers to ensure personnel are kept abreast of their performance and to match expectations between both parties
    8. Follow-up on pending matters and drive performance through various HR tools
    9. Oversee and supervise the duties of HR Generalist to ensure compliance to SOP and checklists
    10. Conducts exit interviews and ensure proper handover via counterchecking with the Reporting Manager
    11. Review, revise and explain HR policies and procedures
    12. Chairing the weekly department meeting and prepare / review the minutes which has to be out by the next working day
    13. Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must enjoy communicating with people at all levels
    • Independent, fast learner with the desire to improve and innovate to meet the demands of this dynamic role
    • Candidate with Business Partnering experience advantageous
    • Good analytical, coordination and strong follow-up skills are prerequisites
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also a team player
    • Enjoys seeking problems and actively devising solutions to resolve it
    • Minimum Diploma with 5 years relevant HR Generalist working experience preferred
    • HR Certification advantageous but not mandatory
    • Candidate with regional exposure and have insights/understanding of Malaysia and Indonesia Labour Law advantageous

    Additional Information / Expectations:

    • Candidate must be willing and able to travel to our regional offices (average once every quarter)
    • Candidates will undergo 2 rounds of interviews with some pre-employment assessment tests as part of the recruitment procedure
