Description
Account Manager, Singapore Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
- Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall Facebook campaigns
- Align clients KPIs with Meta solutions to drive incremental value
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, media agency, sales or consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
- Manage clients whose usual business language is English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to influence C level and build effective relationships
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Knowledge of the media landscape of Singapore is essential. Knowledge of digital media is a bonus.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fastpaced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Goals driven, ability to transform traditional businesses to unlock incremental growth
