Description
Lead a team to retain drivers from exiting the company- Oversee and ensure the contract renewal, retention daily / monthly KPI is met.
- Analyze rental contract or join scheme data, Know your Customers (KYC) trends and recommend proposal to retain drivers.
- Handling incoming requests from drivers ensure vehicle/payment issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive improvements
- Escalations of daily operation issues to relevant department for followups
- Any adhoc tasks as assigned
