Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong passion for design to join our marketing team.

You will be responsible for developing both digital/print design projects (website, infographics, social media graphics, brochures, posters, advertisements) as well as short-form video projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to build up our creatives from the ground up, to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns as our company grows.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with team members (from the marketing team and other business units) to create and design a range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collaterals, internal communications, newsletters, social media and marketing materials
Translate strategic direction into highquality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images (video is a bonus)
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

You should be:

Interested in joining an earlystage startup disrupting the health tech industry
Keen to work as the first graphic designer in the marketing team, supporting the creative needs of the company

Requirements:

Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Organizational and timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines
Photography experience and proficiency with photoediting software
