Job Description & Requirements:
- To produce/bake various types of breads, pastries and cakes.
- Baguettes/sourdough and also layered cakes like european style cakes/mousse cakes.
- To supervise & provide vocational training for youths with special needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the baker equipment's & tools
- To ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Any other duties as assign by Management
