Responsibilities

  • As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are met at the client site.
  • Supervise the creation, implementation, and completion of a project with the aid of a qualified team.
  • Oversees the daily activities, logistics, and customer arrangements for the project. onsite project coordination and management.
  • Help with the creation and revision of project administration documents, schedules, meeting summaries, briefing notes for external contractors, and status reports.
  • Get clarification as needed by working closely with customer site operations to understand their needs.
  • Attend meetings with contractors that the customer requires.
  • Discuss any necessary actions with the manager and offer feedback.

Requirements:


  • Specialist diploma in workplace safety and health
  • Develop a risk management implementation plan
  • Supervise workplace safety and health in process plant
  • Supervise workplace safety and health in construction
  • Prior experiences in Project Management
  • At least 12 years experiences in EHS
