You will be joining leading entity in the hospitality industry, renowned for delivering unparalleled resort experiences to guests globally.

Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Business Controller to bolster their resort operations segment.

This assistant-level role calls for an individual adept in supervising the vast array of products managed by their purchasing teams.

Given that each category boasts over a thousand items, the incumbent will be analytically inclined, skillfully overseeing costs to guarantee maximum value without forsaking quality.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Command daily resort functions, ensuring harmonious liaison across departments.
Cost Analysis: Delve deep into the selection arena of the purchasing teams, reviewing costs and affirming best practices and value enhancement.
Budget Management: Monitor and curate departmental budgets, advocating efficient resource allocation.
Product Line Management: Steward a vast and intricate product repertoire, maintaining the gold standard of quality whilst optimizing expenditure.
Collaboration: Engage synergistically with purchasing divisions, gathering insights into product decisions, vendor alignments, and procurement methodologies.
Reporting: Craft regular reports encompassing cost analytics, budget distribution, and procurement tendencies for senior management appraisal.
Continuous Improvement: Identify avenues for process refinement and cost reductions, coordinating with relevant teams for actualization.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or its equivalent.
Proven experience of
35 years in a similar role, preferably within the
hospitality domain .
Acute analytical acumen with the competence to manage expansive datasets and product ranges.
Stellar communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial tools and platforms for budgeting and cost assessment.

Salary range $75,000 to $80,000 annually.
