    Your Key Responsibilities

    1. Assist in recruitment process with Hiring Manager.

    2. Support to maintain employee's data to be updated.

    3. Manage staff's attendance and leave records by HRM System.

    4. Report and maintain records of staff's employment movements (i.e. confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations etc).

    5. Maintain records of staff's trainings as per the company's Training Plan.

    6. Process relevant work passes for all new non-Singaporean office staff and monitor expiry dates for the same to renew accordingly when required.

    7. Consolidate data from affiliated overseas Companies and prepare monthly HR manpower reports.

    8. Assist in organizing events such as Annual Dinners, Family Days, etc.

    • Who have acquired Diploma or Degree – Preferably in Human Resource


    • Inexperience candidates may be considered.


    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Fluency in English with good English writing skills is a must

    • Computer literacy is a must
