Description

Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying.

Attend site survey, tender briefing, clarification and coordination with client.

Involve in tender, taking off measurement, sourcing for quotation and costing analysis.

Understanding of contractual terms and conditions, including Bill of quantities

Responsible for prepare sub-contract agreement, prepare and assess claim cert & payment to sub-contractor.

Submission of monthly progress claim and progress report to client and resolve clarification.

Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting.

Responsible for all project administrative works.

Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage.

Find new supplier to compare the pricing and extend scope of existing supplier.

-Perform the duties on administration of main contracts, sub-contracts, budgeting, cost control, material requisition and handling contractual matters

-Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms

-Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse, to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant working experience.

Candidate must possess Civil,Building, Structural Steel and/or Metal Works QS experience.

Minimum 5 years working experience in QS preferable in construction industry.

Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills.
