Responsibilities:

Organize production planned in MRP system in synchronize with customer's demand and in a profitable manner
Accountable for the accuracy of planning parameters and data
Check feasibility of the plans against capacity
Execute manufacturing Order in accordance to Plan
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Propose solutions when encountering sudden surge of demand or problem meeting customers' demand
Collaborate with quality, warehouse and other staff to address issues with the aim for minimum disruption
Responsible to meet on time delivery on a monthly basis
