    Description

    Job Scope:

  • Plan and Implement Curriculum and Programs: Develop routine caregiving approaches, lesson experiences, and learning materials aligned with Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).Create developmentally appropriate materials for quality learning environments.Plan and implement experiences tailored to infants and toddlers.Document infants' and toddlers' learning and development.Establish respectful and responsive relationships with infants and toddlers.Ensure adherence to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene practices.
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships and Partnerships: Establish relationships with families to support continuity of care and learning.Coordinate activities with families and community stakeholders.Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance programs and services.
  • Manage Family and Community Programs: Execute collaborative projects with families and community stakeholders.Evaluate and improve family and community initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct Routine Caregiving: Assess caregiving needs.Provide routine caregiving practices according to standard operating procedures.Identify areas for improvement in caregiving practices.
  • Uplift Professional Practice: Promote the center's vision, mission, and values.Implement appropriate teaching and caregiving methods based on emerging trends and tools.Identify areas for improvement in work performance.Propose enhancements to professional development and service quality.Develop new teaching and caregiving approaches based on observations.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years, or relevant qualification.
  • EY1 certification.
  • Passion for infant and toddler development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
