Job Description:

Lead and manage on-site M&E team

Oversee building's M&E operations

Oversee and manage M&E term contracts

Assist Management Office on daily building's operations

Obtain quotations for required building or M&E repair and maintenance works

Oversee and manage spare inventories

Propose building improvement or enhancement works if required

Compile and prepare monthly reports.
