Responsibilities:

Responsible for project planning to ensure smooth execution and completion of works
Site supervision of works
Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical, external works, including temporary works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors
Review all design, construction and shop drawings
Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shop drawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc
Ensure works are carriedout safely on site
Prepare and check works according to Company's 3in1 management system procedures

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
With Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic AutoCAD
