Description

JOB SUMMARYThe Store Manager bears the overall responsibility for the profitability of the chain restaurant outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions,such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, ordering inventory, and back-office support.

He/she demonstrates the recruitment and retention, training, and motivation of staff, and maintains quality control, hygiene, health and safety standards, and customer experience in the outlet.

Job Description

Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
Maintain an attractive and orderly appearance in the outlet.
Promotion Execution
Manage an efficient team of service staff by coach, training, and supervising staff to operate stations and deliver a great customer experience
Manage overall manpower planning, including planning a daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet.
Maintain a high level of customer service standards.
Perform inventory checks and product ordering.
Cost Management
Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented.
Recruit & select staff to meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.
Coach and train employees and make sure everyone fully understands company policies by using the operations training manual & SOPs.
Develop and motivate team members through capability development.
Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

Requirements

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the restaurant industry is required for this position.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
