Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis position will start off as about 2 months contract.
Location:
ITE College East, at Simei
Responsibilities:
Assisting with calls, emails and walk-in enquiries
Access and input information into CRM system, in-house student records system (counter and call centre) and queue system (counter only)
Process applications, check documents and prepare letters upon request
Attend to day-to-day functions in the Customer & Visitor Centre
Maintain and update records
Working Hour:
Mon to Fri
8.30am to 6pm
Salary:
$11/h
