Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Purchasing function including issuing Purchase orders, Tracking Payment status and Delivery Schedules
- Work with Sales teams on Quotations and expediting confirmed Orders
- Negotiate with Vendors on Cost and Lead time
- Track Purchase orders and Back order
- Monitor Stock movement and Replenishment
- Adhoc duties by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in any administrative role
- Bachelor degree and above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and show attention to detail
- Will need to perform OT if required
