We are currently seeking two Support Specialists to join our dynamic team and deliver top-notch service to our clients through various channels.


As a Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Telegram enquiries and chatbot queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Handling incoming calls and proactively following up with clients over the telephone.
  • Resolving issues and providing timely and professional solutions.
  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams or departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Confident, Proficiency and fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Independent and responsible work ethic, accompanied by a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency and adept in using basic office tools like MS offices and Google workspaces.
  • Good to have familairity with tools like Zoho CRM ,Kixie and pipedrive will be a bonus
This is a night shift position from 10 pm to 8 am, which includes a shift allowance. You will be providing support to clients based in various countries outside Singapore. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer ample opportunities for career growth and development.
