We are currently seeking two Support Specialists to join our dynamic team and deliver top-notch service to our clients through various channels.
As a Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Telegram enquiries and chatbot queries promptly and efficiently.
- Handling incoming calls and proactively following up with clients over the telephone.
- Resolving issues and providing timely and professional solutions.
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams or departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Confident, Proficiency and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Independent and responsible work ethic, accompanied by a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency and adept in using basic office tools like MS offices and Google workspaces.
- Good to have familairity with tools like Zoho CRM ,Kixie and pipedrive will be a bonus
