- Answering customers' queries via phone/email
- Liaising with transporters on delivery schedules
- Prepare checklist and packing list for warehouse
- Assist with labelling and picking when needed
- Other adhoc duties assigned
- 1 year experience in the relevant experience
- PC literate
- Customer service oriented
- Can start work in short notice and commit for 6 months
- Working location: Pioneer (nearest MRT - Gul Circle)
- Working hrs: 5.5 days (Alt Sat halfday) office hours
- Only Singaporean
