The Role

You will be an important part of a growing Creative team, focused on creating content for various social channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.

You should live and breathe social media, curious about how communities connect, conversant in memes and always ready to get your hands dirty in the race to leverage on social media or pop culture trends.

A passion and a solid understanding of design and social platforms will be important in this role.

In this job, you may be asked to optimise social content for better performance, produce social content to meet marketing and engagement objectives, and you will be expected to write effective copy that is true to the brand you are representing.

For this position, we are looking for digital natives who have demonstrated a keen pursuit in learning and mastering content creation.

As a Social Media Content Creator, a positive attitude and hunger to learn is required, and passion for fashion, lifestyle, technology and/or gaming are bonuses.

Responsibilities

Social thinking:

- craft stories and build brands through social content and campaign level thinking and execution.

Graphic / Aesthetic - understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the social platforms.

Copywriting - writing copy to inform and engage with social media audiences:

Executional
able to develop social content (gifs/videos) and engagement for brands

Presentational - convey ideas and artistic vision to the internal team in a clear and confident manner.

Collaborative:

- able to creatively collaborate with different people and teams to bring innovative solutions to the table.

Requirements:

Have successfully completed internship(s) in social media advertising or content creation
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Strong collaboration skills, good time management and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment
Possesses strong interpersonal skills
A selfmotivated team player with a positive attitude
Maintains knowledge of current social trends
Handles feedback well
Proactive in selflearning through training and keeping abreast of industry changes
An innate curiosity and desire to make an impact on the world
